Hey, I’m Ashley Grace, aka The Protein Snack Queen! I’m an evidence-based nutrition coach and trainer helping women feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their bodies—by simplifying nutrition and healthy eating, and combining it with intentional exercise and sustainable habit formation.

In addition to coaching, I share tons of easy, convenient, high-protein recipes that put a better-for-you spin on comfort foods—making them more nutritious, but just as satisfying.
