Like many, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of trying to meet everyone’s expectations.

For much of my life, my confidence was shaped by narratives that we’re all too familiar with. I constantly questioned whether I was doing enough, looking fit enough, or being liked enough, living every day responding to what I thought I needed to give to others! It was EXHAUSTING.

It wasn’t until I asked myself the question, “Who do I want to be?” that everything changed.

I believe our lives reflect who we think we are, and the stories we tell ourselves dictate our decisions and actions in each moment.

For the first time in my life, I realized I could change my story through my self-perception, and getting clear on this vision was the catalyst for radical self-prioritization, acceptance, and empowerment.

I began creating easy, high-protein variations of my favorite foods to not only improve my journey, but support my clients’ as well. Funny enough, while protein is essenial for developing a healthy, strong, and capable body, I find it a beautiful metaphor for becoming a stronger, more self-assured you. By sharing easy and convenient high-protein recipes alongside realistic, functional health education, I hope to inspire you to recognize what’s possible for yourself. My mission is to empower you to discover your confidence, redefine your sense of self, and take control of your health and life like never before.

Did you know…

Contrary to popular belief, I am not a great cook, despite making a career out of it. 

I am 100% Armenian - my dad is from Lebanon and my mom is from Jordan 

I have a rescue pitbull named Ramen Noodle and he is a moody but very well behaved little boy.

I’ve watched the entire series of Game of Thrones four times and I won’t stop there. 

I’m a proud Scorpio with classic Scorpio tendencies.

I spent a combined 4 years following vegan, raw vegan, and vegetarian diets.

My favorite book is Ryan Holiday’s The Obstacle is the Way - I try to implement Stoic principles into every aspect of my life. 

My happiest self is somewhere along the Mediterranean in the summer — preferably in Italy. 

I have an odd infatuation with bunkers, safe rooms and zombie apocalypse scenarios. 

My life dream is to build dog havens (not shelters) for rescues to live until they are adopted.
