1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life dairy-free!)
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life dairy-free)
Flaky sea salt
2 teaspoon coconut oil (1 for each bowl of chocolate chips)
Instructions:
In a bowl, slowly mix PB2 powder with cold water until you achieve a peanut butter-like texture.
Add the peanut butter and vanilla protein powder, stirring until a thick dough forms.
Break off small pieces of the dough and press them into each silicone heart mold, flattening them evenly.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips with half of the coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Repeat the same process in a separate bowl with the white chocolate chips and the remaining coconut oil.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture in the molds, smoothing the tops.
Decorate with Valentine’s Day sprinkles and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
